Here’s What You Need:
4 cups cubed watermelon, (pakwan)
2-3 tablespoons simple syrup or to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
watermelon wedge for garnish
Here’s How:
Freeze watermelon for about an hour. Toss the watermelon in the blender, a few tablespoons of simple syrup and lemon juice. Bend until frothy. Transfer into a nice tall glass and garnish with watermelon wedge.
